Aristotle said, ‘We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

If we write every day, we are writers.
If we blog regularly, we are bloggers.
If we read every night, we are readers.
And if we love, always, we are lovers.

But

If we choose to hate, we are haters.
If we complain instead of taking action, we are complainers.
If our default reaction is blame, we are blamers.
And if we wank when we could be creating…

The challenge is not to do excellent work, but to keep showing up so that excellence becomes a habit.
